We began our journey to move to Auburndale after we found the subdivision we fell in love with.  We researched and look at several different builders work as we began the process to find just the right builder.  This would be the seventh house we having built and we were looking for someone we could trust during this process and someone who would build a good quality home without cutting corners.  We found just the right builder, Jasper Construction.  

Scott and Jason, the owners of Jasper Construction, met with us as we began the process to find the right lot and to develop our plans and begin the construction process.  As we sat there that day, we were convinced of their knowledge to help us through every aspect of the process.  Their years of experience and knowledge was apparent during each step of the process.  We knew without a doubt that we could trust them to be men of their word and they never let us down.  The workmanship of our home is far beyond what we could have asked for.  

Scott and Jason became more like family to us than our builder.  We have been in our home for a year and it’s our favorite home by far that we have had built in our almost 51 years of marriage.  We highly recommend Jasper Construction!  We were blessed by them every step of the way.

My wife and I had reservations about building a custom home. We, like so many others, heard the horror stories of how builders left homeowners with unfinished homes, how they cut corners to save money or put more money back in their pockets, etc. We all know a family member, a friend, or acquaintance who has one of those stories. To top that off, we had never heard of Jasper Custom Homes. Needless to say, we were extremely nervous.

After a thorough interview process with multiple builders and careful consideration….not to mention sleepless nights, we decided to go with our intuition and build our home with Jason and Scott……and we definitely made the right decision!

Throughout the design and building process we were treated with respect, courtesy, and patience. It being our first time building, we needed a lot of patience sometimes. Jason and Scott were able to accommodate changes along the way and they were very forthcoming about any issues that they were dealing with in the construction process. They were completely transparent. We always felt like Jasper put our families priorities before everything else……they made us feel like family.

We could not have made a better choice in choosing to build our “Forever Home” with Jason and Scott of Jasper Construction. Knowing you have a high quality home built by a company with the highest integrity means a lot when you are making this type of investment. We had Jasper build a two-car garage addition, and couldn't be happier. Scott was our go-to guy and was on the job site a lot making sure everything was going well, and most importantly, making sure we were pleased. He went out of his way to communicate and make sure things were done right. Imagine that--a contractor that actually cared enough to strive for excellence and not just "good enough." He was also friendly, helpful, easy to work with, and just pleasant to be around. We would definitely use them again. By the way, the garage doesn't look like an add-on. Everyone says it looks like it was always part of the house.

We hired Jasper Construction to enclose our 1 car garage and build a detached 2 car garage. It’s truly nerve racking to hire a contractor because of so many horror stories of contractors going over budget or not listening to what you wanted.  When we met with Jasper Construction, Jason and Scott were nothing but understanding, knowledgeable and reliable. We were confident that we made the right decision because Jason and Scott truly listened and heard our vision. They turned a 1 car garage into a craft room/laundry room suite and the other half an office. Even with the few changes and tweaks, Jason and Scott remained patient and understanding. "I was both nervous and excited about my bathroom remodel. I called a well-known company when I was ready to start and eagerly awaited for them to provide me with a quote. Unfortunately they never showed up or called. This made me even more nervous about the experience. Thankfully I was given Jason's name. He set up an appointment for the next day and showed up on time. I immediately felt at ease. I quickly received my quote, and a start date that worked with my schedule.
