Delivering Dream Homes since 2005
Our operation is built on trust and communication. We understand the stress the owner is under during the home-building process—we’re here to eliminate “unknowns” and keep you as involved as you want to be.
Jason Ash
Jason brings more than 15 years’ experience in building luxury custom homes to Jasper Construction. With such a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, many homes that were under his supervision were named Home of the Year by the Polk County Builders Association. His leadership skills and fun loving character have made him a respectable builder of luxury homes in Central Florida. Having flexibility with diverse styles and designs, he works closely with the homeowners to build their imagination into a home they are proud of. Jason aspires to make the entire home building process, from start to finish, an experience that is fun, enjoyable, and relaxing. “Building homes is what I do, building relationships is what I love!"
Scott Paul
Scott has been in commercial and residential construction for nearly 20 years. After receiving a B.S. from the University of Florida’s M.E. School of Building Construction, he began an extensive career that has included both commercial and residential. As a project manager for two large commercial contractors, Scott managed multi-million dollar new commercial construction, AHCHA-inspected hospital projects, and Polk County School Board projects. No stranger to residential construction, Scott previously served as project manager for a luxury custom home builder. Jasper Construction began with the building of office/warehouse buildings ranging from $250,000-$1,000,000 and performing interior office build-outs and remodels.
We are proud members of Polk County Builders Association, the organization that represents and protects the interests of the local building industry. The PCBA is affiliated with both the National Association of Home Builders and the Florida Home Builders Association. The PCBA puts on the parade of homes twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. We hope to enter our first home in the parade this spring.
